Once purchased, you will receive three files perfectly formatted for your Frame TV. Make sure to open your files (which you will receive via email) and save them to your smart phone camera roll. It will be available for download for 24 hours.

You will need a Samsung account (with login handy) and the Smart Things App. Once your file appears in your camera roll, we are not responsible for any technical issues you have displaying the the art on your TV. All questions about how to use the Frame TV features can either be googled or addressed with Samsung directly.
