Fulfillment Policy

We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes. In stock processing times are typically 2-7 business days, except during holiday season which may be longer. Totes, clutches, and prints are made-to-order and can take up to 2.5 weeks to ship and ship directly from the manufacturer.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the case of a defect or damage. If you believe your item has a defect, you must notify us via email within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.
