Racks just got a glow up
My first set of racks were the lightweight clear acrylic with a hinge. You know, where the pusher is permanently attached to the rack. I swore up and down that I never needed another set of racks. Well, here we are, and I am laughing at my one-rack set self from 2025. Sheesh, little did I know…
I got the Mahj Mood clear acrylic racks with the white scallop pushers and oh honey, there is nooooo going back. Add this to the list of things I didn’t know I needed and now I can’t live without. The white scallop pushers are classy and look fantastic against all of my mats. The acrylic is STURDY and has weight to them, unlike my original hinged set. I love that Mahj Mood sells different scalloped and straight-edged pushers that are interchangable with their racks. It’s an easy and affordable way to change the look of your table. I will also add that these racks are very high quality and a fraction of the price of other mahjong racks/pushers.
One thing I really enjoy is breaking my wall and then detaching my pusher and moving it to just the right spot to push out the starter wall. It makes the process much easier, whereas before it was awkward with the hinged racks. It’s the small things :)
